Our one year home warranty is the strongest in the industry, far and away exceeding coverage many national insurance companies offer. There are no deductibles, trip charges or service fees. Our comprehensive one year warranty covers all aspects of your renovation, from the door knob to the duct work. Including but not limited to: heating and cooling systems, water heaters, interior and exterior electrical components, plumbing, structural and foundation issues, and roofing system. Warranty only excludes resident neglect, acts of God, sewer and power surges.

Lifetime 90 Day Occupancy Guarantee

If your property were ever to fall vacant for 90 days, we’ll pay your rent starting day 91. This is written into our management agreement and this guarantee is in place for as long as we are your property managers.

Cashflow After Close Guarantee

We will have already taken a deposit from a highly qualified resident on every property we offer you. Most investors will close with a new renter having already moved into their new investment property during the tail end of the closing process; however, there can be natural seasonal fluctuations, and of course great renters always give a 30 day notice to their prior landlord, thus creating a small gap between the deposit being put down and their move-in date. We promise that if for any reason your property is not cash flowing 30 days after your close, we will begin paying your rent on the 31st day, no matter what.

In the rare event your property falls vacant during your first year of ownership, our re-leasing fee is free. Guaranteed.
